I know this sounds lame ( no pun intended) but no pain no gain ? Fortunately I have not had an issue with my knees but I have a hip that bothers me but not enough to go under the knife

 

You're right. My BIL had a hip replacement after a total knee and all he could do was rave about how much easier the hip was.

 

That's true! Dom Capers is 70 + and the league has passed him up ! Gb is to damn conservative at times and stingy in free agency and they seem like oh well made the playoffs my jobs secure!
