Pretty relaxing around here as well, Troy. My kids are grown but still at home so no drama.

Mine are 14 and 19, oldest shows no signs of wanting to fly the coop lol. got a few years left with them methinks...they are good boys though, they love and respect their mother.

They both want to go, (I think) but housing is so expensive here, kids can't afford to move out.

it's much the same here. if you don't have $5k in your jeans and a decent job just to start out, you won't get much worth living in.

Geez ... Bought my first house ( brand new ) for $21,000 45 years ago ... Wouldn't that be nice today? Kids have it tough for sure.

Don't see parker house in the stores here much anymore, see a lot of the Hawaiian stuff now.
It's good to, but I like the parker house a bit more.

Ham, potatoes, corn and cranberries for us, actually was pretty good, not quite prime rib good, but maybe close.

Raining again, 28 degree's out and glad I ain't going anywhere.

Just kicking back trying to find something good on TV.

A similar type house here, say 1200 sq. ft. built in the '50s, will get $300,000. Easily.
