Gonna have to use sand on the bigger expansion joints to fill in, that SikaFlex ain't cheap.

 

Or foam Russ. Be easier and cheaper probably...

 

I use the foam but some of these joints are waaaaay deep and need some filling

 

That Lockett injury was pretty gruesome to watch.

Jack was texting me today, and I told him that I was just thinking about him because I was over at the FILs house trimming bushes and filling the expansion joints of the driveway with SikaFlex. It keeps water from getting under the pour and washing out the base material.

 

I see. How are things coming along over there?

 

Slowly, gonna work on getting rid of more stuff. Just trying to get maintenance things done right now. No one ever trimmed the crepe myrtle and it was leaning out into he alley grabbing cars that went by so I hacked it back today. Did one of the expansion joints today and Kristi was inside cleaning crap up. Funny, last year on Christmas day I was over there cleaning the gutters because we were expecting 6" of rain and the gutters were full of leaves. I happened to be on a ladder cutting a limb that fell and noticed it. Not exactly what I had in mind for Christmas....

 

We are gonna have to talk to Stan about his Vikings secondary ignoring their coaches game plan and getting burned big time by the Packers.

 

I saw that story about the DBs. Holy ****. I can't believe what I was reading. And I guess they proved the coach right after all. That is coach killing stuff.
