When I first moved out of Detroit I bought a house about a 1/2 mile form a railroad track crossing ... the first might I was awoken by the MOST GOD AWFUL horn and noise ... I thought that train was coming right down the hallway after me. Soon got use to it, or I went deaf.

Earbuds ... I hear you ( now pun intended ) Lou. The kids on the bus are FORBIDDEN BY ME to be "plugged in" getting on or off the bus.

It happened near here ( Fenton ... about 15 niles north ) just a month ago.

I just use it as an alarm clock now.

Back home and shufflin! The sys admin did not set the 0800 appt with the tech so it was 1030 before we got a tech assigned and I figured I could manage **** from home since I had dropped off parts already. What a wasted morning!
