Russ, some guy with a butt load of money, bought a farm down the road from my parents. I was a cheery farm, now it's a goat farm. The guy has sunk millions into building it.

Apparently, with the diverse nature of our population's ethnic makeup, goat farming is hitting its stride.

 

I hope that's not the reason. I think some people just like to spend a lot of money on their hobbies, like motorcycles or Guns.
