Day going OK so far..
Although related, they are worse than ticks brother. Ticks you can pull off. Chigger bites will itch like hell for a couple weeks..
Oh and they dearly love to climb up into yer crotch before they get ya.

Here in KY we have 3 varieties of venomous snakes. Scorpions too although they're too small to do any real damage. Quite a few thorny plants although some do have some berries that are good to eat and no volcanoes, but we do get the occasional mild earthquake and the geologists say that some day we could have a dandy; it has happened before a long time ago.
Low wages are the norm in many situations, and I definitely should not neglect to mention chiggers. Hate them little bastards..

Holy dinero, I think you could finance an emerging nation for a month for the amount I have spent on 'small last minute things' and 'stocking stuffers'. Bah humbug!

Back from Xmas Brunch and that gift exchange thing. The double meaning of toilet plunger/ brush gift set was lost on everyone. Now for the real irony....after picking and "stealing" someone else's gift...MY WIFE ended up with it!!!! She looks at me and says ' You better still have the receipt for this"....buahahahahhahaha
