Mick, I had resigned myself (due to my age and position "fit") to finishing my career where I am at today. For multiple reasons I have reconsidered that position.
If I make a move at 57, I'm out of Ag.
Sometimes there's a new chapter when you think the book has already been written..... and that's good!

Stan, sometimes a change of scenery is all it takes. I have an acquaintance who was forced, at 55, to change fields. He hooked on with a company that sells adaptive equipment (baths, wheelchairs, stairs, etc) to the elderly. He absolutely is thriving and says it is a great fit for him.

I tell ya, if I'm going back to being a road warrior on a bigger scale I'm going to sell in an industry I like/love, with better potential for growth.
To quote an old song.........."it's .....Baker in the morning........Baker in the evening ..........."

The wheels are in motion Stan, after my road trip to see Chicago dealers and the impending success of my road trip. Having a full time "Road Dog" will be a no brainer.

Stan appears to be the man for that position.

Stan, things grind slowly at Baker. Give Mark time to work his magic.
