Too many clicks when tightening the filter?

Ask any Harley service writer, they all do that....

Is it a 6.0 or 7.3? 6.0 has week head bolts. Water hydro locks cylinder and blows head gasket sometimes.

The other thing is when the EGR goes out it cooks the oil cooler thats in the intake valley. The cooler gets plugged and stops the oil flow. Possibly blowing out the filter.
