I'm afraid if I lived up north, a heated driveway and sidewalk would be a necessity. I know a guy who does concrete.

A heated drive is nice ... but asphalt warms up quicker though and with a southern exposure you really don't get an advantage with the heat.

Time to get ready to host the December HOA meeting. I really hope we have some disgruntled homeowners show up, it has been boring. Maybe I'll propose raising the HOA assessments? That always gets them stirred up.
