Tried lutefisk once at a church gathering with a friend of mine in MI.


ONCE.


The smell was damn near enough to keep me out of the room and I used to be a fur trapper. A gut pile smells better...

Only had calf fries. Never lamb. Talk about fresh. Kid with a coffee can collecting them in the arena and taking them to the BBQ!

We will get to the fur trapper part later. This is the proper equipment for lutefisk consumption.
