Haha...Mike. seems hunting has changed from when I started. Sandwich and candy bar in your pocket and you walked the woods all day. Now it's heated elevated shooting shacks, rifle rests, chairs and who knows what else.

 

Yep. I am all for progress but there are days I long to take apart a steel shoe skate, nail the halves on a 2X4 and get after it. Seen the price of skateboards lately?

 

Yep, kids are excited about the big fat guy coming down our non-existent chimney. Got a BDay party for one of my closest friends daughter today, then BDay party for my SIL this afternoon and who knows what else in between, before and after

Mick, 50 years from now they'll be saying .."remember the good old days when you had to go into the woods to go hunting". I used to hunt a lot. Quit about 15 years ago, but ,I'll admit that if Ihunted today , I'd have a heated shooting shack!
