Like many places across the country there are establishments here with 'No Weapons' allowed signs. I have yet to have anyone ask if I am carrying nor have I had a problem. I believe the law here says you are subject to trespass if they raise a fuss. The real prob is you risk losing your CCL if they raise a stink.

 

“No Firearm” signs in Oklahoma have no force of law unless they are posted on property that is specifically
mentioned in State Law as being off limits to those with a Permit/License to Carry. If you are in a place not
specifically mentioned in the law that is posted and they ask you to leave, you must leave. If you refuse to
leave then you are breaking the law and can be charged. Even if the property is not posted and you are asked
to leave you must leave. Always be aware of the possibility that responding Police Officers who may have
been called without your knowledge and may not know the laws on trespass etc. could arrest you even if you are within the law

 

delaware is an open carry state, but if it's posted, then you can't go in. And if someone ask's me to leave i don't have a problem with it. But for now i keep my gun in the inside pocket of my jacket, completely out of sight. and if someone does notice it and they don't like it, i tell them it's for my protection, not your's
