Know what you mean. My granddaughter will be 25 when Pearl Harbor was a century ago. Less than a year, it'll be half a century since I got off the plane at Saigon.

Arm candy duties complete. A little eye candy, not as much as last year and too dark to take a pic.

I remember Vietnam like it was yesterday. A day doesn't go by without it.

Oops.

I told her she could buy me a **** load of ammo and a case instead

The youngest boy is in love with this rifle and has been picking it up and shouldering it more than I have.

"This is the coolest gun you have Dad!"

I may have to get him an AR15 for his birthday

Do you know if you can ship ammo without incurring the wrath of homeland security or worse yet, the Post Office?

How old is he?

My daughter on her 16th Christmas. I think it was the most unexpected thing she ever got. The next Christmas, she asked for a 9mm automatic with a silencer. I had to explain a couple things...

Cool stuff Russ, Tracy...

Have a soft spot for the Navy. Done some stuff with disabled Vets here, don't talk about it. Got to drink beers with 2 survivors of the USS Indianapolis and listen to their stories. I will never forget that night Mr. L.D. ***. RIP my friend...

Look up L.D. on YouTube. Amazing stories.

Doubt we'll ever see your kind again...

Yep. I have ordered hundreds of 7.62x39 rounds with no problems in the past.

Awesome pic!

He's 16 now. He already has a .22 and a couple shotguns and has fired about everything I own at one time or another.

I hope. Some of it pretty much just wrote itself, the rest is a bit of a struggle. We'll see...
