I know this desk job takes a toll...not in real life wear and tear but in health issues from being sedentary. I need to get up and move around more.Maybe the old 3 & 5 for exercise a few times a day
I weighed in at 192 at my appt on Friday. Not bad, really...I still carry a little muscle here and there so its not a bad weight for me, regardless of what the standards say

Any plans for Pearl Harbor Day tomorrow Mick? Are you gonna squeeze into your Cracker Jack uniform and render honors?
Ya know, Russ, it's interesting you mention that. When I was a kid WWI seemed like ancient history yet it was only about 35 years before I was born. When I entered the service Korea was about a 20 year memory and Pearl Harbor was about 30. Now Vietnam and my time there is a 40 year gap. Don't know exactly where I am going with this other than....damn, it sucks to be this old.
Hey Mick. Regardless.
Thanks for your service.....
