Typically, what would you say your numbers are Marcus?

 

They are high, Russ. I'd rather not share exact numbers. Just started a new medicine to help control it. It is working a little bit. I have resolved to start exercising again. That should help.

Marcus, mine was pretty jacked. I would post numbers like 130/85, or 130/90 which drove Kristi nuts. Finally started on 5mg of Lisinopril and now I am 120/70. I haven't really been watching it since I lost 30 pounds but I bet if my weight stabilizes and remains where it is now I can probably go off of that.

 

Mine as 110/60 at my physical last month
