Mornin, Tracy. May we assume the 14 in Colorado and 18 in Kentucky is not Celsius?

Same situation here. Guy I am working for is under the weather, so job start is postponed until the middle of the week.

Why is it that 5*c in the fall is so much colder than 5*c in the spring?
