Hey fellas, took a trip to DC today, well yesterday and today. What a zoo that place is. I honeslty don't know how anyone can live in that environment.
Came across a homeless tent city under an overpass. Less than a mile from the White House. Things must be great in DC to be living in squalor like that down the road the POTUS.

Russ, honestly attendance for me at WS17 is an unknown right now.
Personally, it's a bucket list trip I want to make by riding the bike to NC.
The issue remains our 25th Anniversary. With our schedules, Tammy and I typically get a crack at (1) "together" vacation a summer. She's not sure that WS17 is her idea of a vacation trip to celebrate the 25th, if we only get one decent trip.
Before any of my WoodBrothers take any umbrage to this as in "Tammy doesn't like the group", it's not about that, she thinks our IMC is pretty decent.... and fun, except for the bedwetters. Ha
Problem is riding is honestly not high on her list, especially day-long rides every day. It's more to do with the trip "activity" than anything else. Last few years she's been riding less and less. I've been leaving this sleeping dog lie for a couple weeks.
My best chance is a different anniversary trip, ideally somewhere warm in January - February, then a solo trip on the bike to WS17. I could dig it.
I likely won't know more for another month or 2, but will have to call the game at some point due to lodging. I could always spoon with Tracy and Lou, if they'll "have" me. Bwaaahahaha
