I see the Ottawa RedBlacks won the Grey Cup. What in the hell is a RedBlack? I googled it but there really wasn't a good explanation for the name.

Well yes, my Dad died of heart problems at age 59, brother dropped dead at age 53. Kristi has had me on meds for years and it keeps my cholesterol down so I'm ahead of the game. Every once in a while it feels like a "fluttering" in my chest and that is my heart doing its thing. Not sure why but it just does it. Down to 219 now. Gonna have to start exercising more than walking to burn more fat.
