Been in contact with one. She is optimistic about certain things and not so optimistic about others. The million dollar life insurance policy he had will be the hardest thing to contest. We still don't even know who the benificiary is on that. Under Ca law I can go after half the equity in her home that was just paid off though so that will be the big bargaining chip we use.
