Good Tracy. We made a change to the design when we started and the second wall is only half finished because we had to order more special tile. Also couldn't find what we needed to replace the sink plumbing. Will have to finish it during the week once we get more supplies. A $500 project has grown to $1300. Thank goodness mama has a job.
Most expensive per square foot room in the house buddy!

One reason we have never done the kitchen. Early estimate puts it a $15,000. Ouch!

I used to get a little tickled at folks building their first house. They see the foundation go in and then, boom! The outside walls go up and the roof goes on and they think "Wow this isn't going to take as long as we thought and we're under budget!" Bwahaha!
