Big long barreled pistols can be a pain to carry I've found, started with an H&K USP in .45 acp, hell of a gun, but just to big.
Tried a commander sized Colt in .45, still to big and heavy.

Both guns nice for personal defense, but if it's not comfortable to carry, they tend to sit home a lot, been my experience anyway.

Ended up with the Ruger and Sig, both smaller barreled but more than enough for carry.

Looked at the smaller Kimber, but not fond of paying for the name and especially not fond of a gun that needs a tool to take down.
Personal choice, I know.

No holster marks?
Whoosy..

Happy birthday Joe DiMaggio. 56 games in a row with a hit. We will likely never see that again.

HAHAHA

Afternoon Woods!

Ready for the "Mark makes an *** out of himself" moment for Friday? Went to Best Buy to pick up the TV. No problems there. Got checked out quick, 7 minutes in line and maybe 5 for them to pull it from the online order pile. Pulled up to the front of the store, put the TV in the back and strap it down with a ratcheting tie down. When not in use, I try to keep the straps organized/separated by folding them then wrapping them with a piece of velcro. After tying down the TV I can't find the velcro. Looked in the bed of the truck, looked in the cab...nothing. Was just outside for a smoke break and looked at my feet...the velcro strap is stuck to the black laces on my black sneaker.
