Stan, just as I am a firm believer that I do not have the power to make another person happy or unhappy all I can do is create the conditions for them to be happy, the choice belongs to them, the same with employment.

Just killing time before 1pm. Probably should start getting ready so I have some hot water for a shower. 8 people taking showers probably make that poor hot water tank work overtime.
