I think we are opting for one of those laser projector things instead of lights this year. Saves me time and effort if we go that route

Mark, 3 0r 4 appropriate colored spotlights placed strategically shining on front of house.....understated elegance....and easy!

Yup Doc. New rear tire. I was hoping to make it last til Spring, but it's pretty bald in the middle. The local cycle accessory shop is having a Black Friday sale tomorrow so I may as well take advantage. Prices are competitive with on-line sellers and mounting is $20.

Yup. Wheel off the bike though. They will include balance as well if desired.
