Mornin' all.
Happy Thanksgiving to You all.
Just the wife and i, er...and a miniature/ toy poodle here, hope those with family problems take a minute and think what it'd be like with out them.
I miss the dysfunctional bunch that I used to call family.
We passed on brining the turkey this year, last year used a brine from the BBQ pit boys and it over powered the taste of the bird.
Gonna try a butter based injection this time, wish us luck.
Hope ya all have a great holiday and remember, no matter how bad it is, you could be hellory kligon.
