Friend sent me some words of wisdom.

A recent study found women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it.

How to Prepare Tofu: 1. Throw it in the trash. 2. Grill some meat

A thief broke into my house and was searching for money so I frisked him.

I don't mean to brag but I just finished all my 14 day diet food in only 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Honestly, it will cost them more since they will now have to pay the campus an office lease, network and phone connections and electricity.
Change sucks sometimes, but don't worry man, couple weeks and you'll have the new routine down pat. Oh and you enjoy watching movies, you may want to plug in MR. Mom.

So your leg is doing ok, Russ?
Good report on the knee, they were impressed with the amount of work I have put into it, showing good muscle control and 0-110° range of movement. That's 3° short of max and I'll get there eventually. So at 6 weeks post op, the chief of surgery who did both knees said there was no reason for me to come back and he discharged me. The Physical Therapy guy was similarly impressed and said the same thing. So, I am left to my own devices now. I still can not go back to work as I simply don't have the muscle strength for it yet. Time for the stationary bike. I did manage to con some more opioids out of them

My VA Primary Care Clown was very concerned about my "low" heart rate of 51. They discovered I have an irregular heartbeat after surgery and ran an EKG but I kinda feel like if it was anything serious I'd be in the cardiologist's office.

Gonna "Keep On Keeping' On" at this point. Work the leg muscles, build some strength and get ready to ride.

Excellent report Russ...but I'm a lil concerned about your discharge picture below. Maybe you're hitting the pain pills just a wee bit hard buddy?
But then ...... who am I to judge ???
