I haven't talked to her but as fate would have it, they'll all be at my sister's house for Thanksgiving. I probably won't mention it, even if I speak to them. Everything else seems to be going Ok. Gonna pull the truck out tomorrow with the trailer and go over to the FIL's house for the first trip to the dump.

I'm doing better. Not sure what happened to me last night but I went to bed at my usual time, woke up a 2, took my pain pill and didn't wake up again until almost 10. Kristi was just about to come in with a mirror for a welfare check. Still use my cane to get around and after yesterday's activities had to put ice on the knee.

 

Ok. How much work is the place going to be to sell?

I tell you. With the amount of stuff all you guys have gone through you have a wealth of experience to draw from collectively.

I still have to do a good assessment. I don't think it will take that much work. Gonna need new flooring, some painting etc etc. Perhaps Mike and Julia want to come down for the winter and do some rehab on the home. They could bring their bike and ride all over the place.

 

Lou, what is the issue with your bath wiring?

 

1940's wiring. A lot of the outlet boxes are 2 wire and use the metal flex as the ground. Had to adapt to a plastic box. They also stuff a lot of wires in a small box. Too small to update the receptical. Also these outlets are Daisy chained all over the house randomly. The whole house needs to be re wired.
