We had a new recipe: Cowboy Crockpot Casserole. Very simple, pretty good.

She's going through all the phases of grief. Last night was anger, primarily directed at me. That's OK, I can take it. Tonight she was all hugs. We have the service on Saturday and I hope this closes it a little for her but I'm afraid it won't do it until all the personal affairs are sorted. Possessions distributed, house sold, etc etc
Thanks Greg! I am super excited. Was hoping it would be done when Pop got here but we are still a bit away from that. Oh well, if he is able to return for Christmas it SHOULD be done by then

Lou, in many parts of the country homes have 'walk out' basements,i.e., the main floor is elevated on one side so the 'basement' has an exposed outer side.
