Awesome! I was close to that size back when i was 27. went vegetarian and lost 150 pounds in a year.

Find a way to stay slimmed down but reintroduce meat to your diet...that should be a good hobby

i'm 6'1 208, my cholesterol is 96, bp is 120/80 and my A1c is down from a 9.7 to an 8.2.. anyone else,lol
