Yup. 03 is no Timken but still a forged crank in early 03 I believe. Run out tolerances were .003 I think. You should be fine. A standard OEM 07+ oil pump wood bump up your pressure. Or a Baisly spring. Zippers has one as well. If your cam tensioner pads look okay that means your chain is nice and polished. Any pad replacement should be done with Cyo pads. Better material. And never reverse your cam chain direction! You should also have B lifters which are pretty good. If those are replaced id go with S&S standard lifters. Just dont go all fixin what aint broken.

Help me here please, are you saying your sprocket ends up making the final 6th gear drive less tall, it would raise engine rpm at same speed a bit?

No it will be the same as a .86:1 overdrive sixth. We are just over driving the primary instead of the transmission. Let find the gear ratio chart for you.
