OK, I think I got this.
What about the directions on the package that advise pan fry until cooked, and then add the eggs and potaters, etc. Is it good cooked, then add eggs and eat off the plate or are the taters strongly encouraged?

HaHaHa...Actually Russ was right...... for God's sake my ancestors would take slabs of cod and hang it out on racks until jerky dry. Fine dining at it's best I tell ya.

Stan, put the chorizo in the microwave for 2 minutes while the stove top pan heats. Save yourself some time.

Don't forget to cover the chorizo with a paper towel while microwaving.

Stan, beat your eggs with some milk, cook until almost done. Add chorizo with some onion. Cook 2-4 minutes until everything is hot and serve!

No, no, Russ....microwave the chorizo for 2. Put into heated pan and cook until firm then add the egg.

My youngest (green hoodie) is coming over for Brunch to introduce the new girlfriend......(I guess this one could be a keeper, he's 28) so....we will empress her with a breakfast with the great SouthWest......or if we goof...we'll never see her again.

BBL, gotta help the bosslady prepare......
Let you know how it goes....and if the new gal meets standards...
