Afternoon Woodrows.
Just wasted about 3 hours of my time, I'll never get back, looking at an investment property. Either the real estate agent is very much overly optimistic, or the owner is delusional as to it's value.
Either way, I think we are WAY too far apart to even consider a deal.
Other than that it's been a pretty good day

No, this was a 13 unit apartment building. It's an older building. It needs quite a bit of work and has several ticking time bombs such as older HVAC systems and cast iron plumbing.
It's doable, but not at the price they're asking.

Time sure flies, been nearly a year since the pizza place, doesn't seem like it. That one was interesting, but I'm more into conventional toppings.
Remember my Road House ride? Looks a little different now, put RK air shocks on it.

Ya, been awhile, good to hear your still out and about.
We'll have to try a more conventional pizza place next time, soon I hope.

Evenin Woods! Waiting to pick up furniture for the basement. Got a table and chairs which we will also be able to use of for Thanksgiving since we will have 15 people if everyone shows.

Not yet, Greg. Another month or so. We already have the couch and chairs in my office and were figuring to get stuff that blends with it and decided to get the table early for Thanksgiving prep. Super excited about the basement though.
