You should be able to copy text as text from a pdf and paste it in Wordpad, Notepad or MS Word. Used to do it all the time for part #'s when doing tech support. Images might be more complicated, but I though you could right click and image within the pdf and paste it ito a MS Word doc.

Maybe a pic will help, me and my grandson a couple weeks ago.
Time sure flies, been nearly a year since the pizza place, doesn't seem like it. That one was interesting, but I'm more into conventional toppings.
Remember my Road House ride? Looks a little different now, put RK air shocks on it.
