Been a busy day, got all the sheet metal roofing for the new and improved car/port and managed to get 4 sheets of 3x10' tin home without it coming out of the bed of the pick up.

Got invited to a dem pity party from our neighborhood group, I don't think they really want me there.
They didn't think the Black Bikes Matter, tag line I left was all that funny.
I told them they were racists.

If I'm lucky I'll not hear from that bunch again.

Time for a late day nap, catch ya all later.

Taking the Boss Lady to White Castle Stan??

Oh...anybody know how to take an PDF file and be able to cut and paste in it??

I am trying to take a fishing manual and reduce it down to a condensed version.

Allen, I think Stan had IHOP in mind. He goes all out, you know.

I Think(!) if you right click on a page, you can then "save as" into another folder, Al. But I am by no stretch of the imagination an IT guy.

Still, not one of my favs. In basic we had the A2s and they still jammed if they got the least bit dirty. Just not a fan of the .223 except for varmints and medium sized game.

Will it kill? Certainly, but the 7.62 offers a much more versatile round.

The old M14 was a helluva rifle even if heavy.

When I got in country, was issued a pos colt .38 pistol for flight crew sidearm, after much complaint, we got the early M16s with the 3 open slot suppressor - and found out real quick they were better at cutting the wires with the suppressor on C-rat cases than shooting. I think it was within a month we got a new issue with the later suppressor style and black chromed bolt, and I used that one numerous times with never a problem. I'd probably hate the things to this day if I'd only had the early model, but I really liked the reliable one. I can't remember the full model number now, think they were both A1 variants.

The M14 was a great rifle to take someone down at a good range with one round, but after several 20 round clips through it in a day, I had a heck of a bruise on my shoulder. Never used on in combat. My favorite military gun was the M60, just loved belt fed. Actually got pretty good at hitting things from a helicopter with those.

I don't know how good they are, but Google "pdf edit" and you'll find some supposedly free programs that will, and there's an on line editor -

https://www.sejda.com/pdf-editor

You have to buy the pro version to do it in Adobe.

I had an M1A for a few years. Even with the heavy wooden stock it kicks pretty hard.
