Tim, I will take it for a short spin just to verify condition as described to me and make sure it works mechanically. I already have a number from a guy that will take it to retail.
Pretty common in the car biz....called a 'sight unseen' appraisal. Ya give the guy trading for it a number and based on seeing it ya finish the deal.
