Greg, sorry to hear about your arm. Is there much pain associated with that?

FYI Greg, my personal Mister know-it-all here at work is going to get busted in the chops soon if he doesn't clean up his act. I've always been a pretty easy going guy, but this is one of the few people that get to my core in a bad way.....

It hurt like hell initially, Stan. Not too much right now.

For my resident idiot, I told him to stay the F away from me unless it was a specific work related issue and stay to the facts. And if he couldn't do that, there would be trouble. When he asked why, I told him I don't deal with bootlicking, backstabbing, two-faced ********.

Jesus Greg, your guy and my guy must be brothers. My problem is I have elevated my know-it-all to a somewhat equal status in my own mind. It's a human nature mind trick with people like this. Actually he's a long-term entry level assembly person with too much time on his hands. This dude has all the answers for Ultimate Sales success and wants to know why we have not implemented his programs? Give me a damn break. Remember under our current setup these production folks have no direct supervision at our location. It's BS.
