The town of Cushing, about 40 miles northeast of OKC, seems to be where most of the damage occurred. The hot topic here is the drilling and then pumping in water to fill the void. Quite the debate raging.

 

It has been my experience with my wife that pressuring, pleading and yay even begging do not have the desired outcome for me and I hazard to guess she will have less sympathy for her brother and 1/2 brother.

 

You may remember my own little inquiry into fracking a while back Mick.


There are just way too many problems associated with it and pumping in water is not even the tip of the iceberg my friend.


Domestic oil production = good
Fracking as a means to get it = not so much
