Mark, the basement framing looks great. What is up with them using wood instead of steel studs? Haven't seen wood studs used in a while.

Yep, havta see what Doc and Ken are doing. Might want to travel down with them, little longer that way for me...still 1 1/2 -2 travel days anyway

 

Greg, I think everyone around here uses Wood studs for basement framing. The new houses across from me have Wood, as well as the other occupied homes that are finishing their basements. I am not sure when metal is used vs Wood
