I have had to extend the deadline on this project twice. I originally had planned to wrap it up in April but steady state support trumps the wishlist and here we are nearing the end of June.

Russ, the HOA Pres went door-to-door and got a lot of negative feedback about the clubhouse idea. Tonights meeting is to be a quorum on what to do with the open space we, the HOA, own. Still hoping for a grass field for the kids to enjoy.

 

Good Morning Gents. Back from a 3 day 900 mile round trip. Face is burnt like a racoon and a cut on my nose from a rock coming out of a dump truck. It's good to be home.

 

Welcome Back, Freaky Dan! Glad you made it back not too much worse for wear. Damn dump trucks, huh?
