Evening, Russ! How did the vendor meeting go tonight?

 

I am leaving in the morning.

I beat the hoes down. It wasn't pretty Greg, I was very directive. The Chief Operations Officer quit speaking because every time he opened his mouth I smacked him because all he did was give excuse after excuse. He wanted to "move on" but I wanted to talk about the $10,888.23 we paid them last month for services we did not receive. I asked the COO how many times they cut the grass in the irrigated areas last month and he said twice. I told him he was supposed to cut 5 times last month. I followed with how many times did they cut the non-irrigated areas? He didn't know. How often did they send trash guys out to pick up trash? Once again he didn't know. He said I was asking too many details and I said as COO you are going to a meeting to attempt to save your contract, you better KNOW all the details. Unsatisfactory.

We gave them one week to come up with an action plan, and upon approval, one month to execute it then we will re-evaluate their performance. They will also refund 70% of last month's payment.

 

Good job, Russ. Donald Trump would be proud, as would Hitler, Ghengis Khan, Sitting Bull, Ronald Reagan, et al.

Some back reading earlier leads me to believe Craig ain't having the fun here he once had. Hope he reconsiders, he's a good Wood.
