For the TOAK, live chat protocol:
When you are done chatting CLOSE THE BOX. The chat agent is tied to your conversation until the customer closes the box. Of course I can rudely end the chat on my end, which is what I'm normally forced to do.

Alberta Health has seen the rate of STIs “dramatically” increase in the last year, reaching outbreak levels for gonorrhea and syphilis.
There were more than 3,400 cases in gonorrhea in 2015, an 80 per cent increase from 2014. In 2016, there have been 1,100 cases to date. There were 350 cases of syphilis in 2015, about double what the province saw in 2014 surpassing historic highs in 2009.

Doing a phone call and live chatting at the same time is interesting, I don't remember putting mutli tasker on my resume.
