I enjoyed 4/10's when we tried it and I was working production. Some how i found myself behind this desk and no chance of 4/10's. Good for you Luo, I have a feeling it will work out good.

Yup. we've never had to pay. Got enough friends and fam for that. Babysitters want like $10 an hour!

I have been doing 4/10's for 3 years now. It all sounds good in theory. Until they want you to start working overtime on Friday.

We dont do overtime because even if its 1/2hr overtime we get a mandatory 4 hours OT.

Im hourly/salery.

Paid like salery but no more than 40 hours a week. Its one of those union things.
