I don't follow that advice totally. Wife complains about gaining a few pounds an I'll chime in about the junk food. She gets a little mad but it's the truth.

It would help me greatly with my diabetes if she didn't bring home junk food. I have told her that, or at least stuff I don't like (Anything with mint, nuts or coconut)
