A few things for the guys that really need step by step stuff. To be honest the hardest thing is to find the base circle. Maybe pulling the tank (mine was full).

Thanks Greg. No, it's more of a rubbing sound. Maybe I'll throw in the Baker comp but I don't have any shim material if I need it.
