Russ, the ice maker is working intermittently which is super frustrating because the tech will get here, see that it is working and will tell us he cannot find anything and then the game continues with multiple service calls. That's how I see it playing out, with a faint sliver of hope that it can be fixed on the first visit
Just tell them that you looked on the internet and know exactly what the problem is. They really love that and will be grateful for your input

Wow, I'll only be a 100 miles north of you in Jacksonville but it will be late arrival. Let me give that some thought today.......
