They were delicious. They were not what I suspected, i.e., lamb fries, calf fries, etc. It was a ball of bison meat deep fried. Do them again in a heartbeat.

I will also add we hadn't been there 30 minutes and I was $392 into wine from a vintner we had run into in previous fair trips. Glad Sherri drinks wine.
