I tried a piece of Rocky Mountain Oysters in Deadwood last year. It was kinda chewy (like a Wookie steak?) and not a whole lot of flavor. I think they must be a acquired taste, bragging point or something else because I could not see spending my money on them. Thankfully I was just trying what my friend had ordered.
