The house is so 70's and needs a total makeover. Lotta work. i think I just want an acre of land.

Nice Fireplace. Its quite the open concept. Very little furniture. And you get all the tools to update the place!

No grass to cut.

Nice open floor plan. I like that. That upstairs carpet needs some updating, though!
