Stan, at most dealerships today the salespeople sell both new and used. Used to be green peas started in new cars and worked their way to used. More money to be made selling used cars.

Same with those you promote to management. New car manager first, then to used. Lots and lots to learn prior to getting involved with used cars, i.e., different brands, models, values, etc.
