I think the season starts on the 17th this year. I'll have to see what the moon phase is to make sure. Or I could look at the DOW website.

Calling season for moose opened on the 1st. The rest on the 17th.

They extended grouse season from Sept 1st to Jan 15th. Used to be till the end of Nov.

Yes I made some fantastic fish tonight! Cooked on the grill nice and slow with a few spices and some lemon juice. Yum

Tim....prayers for the drive up there. An f-150 with the 4.6 did just dandy from my buddies house to my house but that was with no real inclines to speak of. Going up the mountain will be slow and it is my first time pull anything quite that heavy (53 pieces of 20x20x1.5" flag stone) up a hill. I am sure my truck will do it, but just a bit nervous.

Greg, do not have to set it up. Just unloading. They (MIL and her sister) need to fight about its placement and level out the ground before it can be set

Howdy Russ! Every time I post I see another reply. Going to call it a night soon.. Planning on leaving here at 0530 to avoid a majority of the traffic so I am not "that guy" going super slow up the canyon.

Slow and steady. Its not a race. Watch your temps on the tranny and coolant. Use the tow/haul mode. Don't ride the brakes, can use tranny to slow you down, just don't over rev it. You have a trailer brake and the trailer has brakes?
