Has to do with the older EPA BS, cali. had stricter smog rules than the rest of the country so new bikes sold here had cams that a decent lawn mower would find anemic and no extra crap like evap canisters hanging off the bike. I made made money during the early evo days out here doing cam swaps.

Baking powder, maybe. cooking at altitude changes things.
I think that was last night. Maybe catching up with his son.

 

I will try to bake without help next time...maybe that will help.
